Founding member David B. Israel has been serving Florida for more than 17 years in a variety of civil practice areas, such as, construction litigation, complex commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and business and commercial disputes. Mr. Israel has handled numerous jury and non-jury trials in courts throughout the State of Florida.
Mr. Israel is admitted to practice law in all of the state courts throughout the State of Florida; is admitted before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida; is admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit; is admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit; and is admitted before the United States Supreme Court. In addition Mr. Israel is a Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and a Qualified Arbitrator. Mr. Israel is fluent in both English and Spanish as a result of his diverse and varied background. |
