On the other hand, a binding arbitration is a noncourt process for resolving a dispute in which a neutral third party has the power to impose a settlement.  The parties involved in the dispute sometimes agree in advance to limits that may be imposed by the arbitrator.

Mr. Israel offers mediation and arbitration services throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Collier and Lee Counties.  The mediation and arbitration services are charged at a competitive hourly rate.  There is no charge for preparation time, unless voluminous.  Also, there is no charge for travel time or for costs related to traveling to or from the mediation or arbitration locations.
